Schedule

Monday–Saturday (5-day work week). Saturday availability is required, though Saturdays operate shorter hours than weekdays.

Pavingstone Supply has proudly served Seattle and the Pacific Northwest since 1996. We supply contractors, landscapers, designers, and homeowners with premium hardscape materials including pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, sand, gravel, and more.
We're a locally owned business built on knowledgeable service, quality products, and lasting customer relationships. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, learning new things, and being part of a growing team.

What You'll Do
Assist customers at the sales counter
Prepare quotes, estimates, and material takeoffs
Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions
Help customers select products for their projects
Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
Build strong relationships with contractors and homeowners
Coordinate with our yard and delivery team to provide an outstanding customer experience
What We're Looking For
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong math skills and comfort with measurements and material calculations
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Construction, landscaping, or building materials experience is a plus, but not required—we'll teach the right person.
