About Kelluu

Kelluu is a dual-use deep-tech company at the intersection of autonomy, AI, and aerial intelligence. We build technology that serves both national security and society, and we take that responsibility seriously.

We’re headquartered in Joensuu with offices in Helsinki, Tampere and Ottawa, Canada. We’ve just closed our Series A, the team is growing, the goals are ambitious, and we’re hiring people who want to build something that matters.

We’re scaling fast, which means you’ll have real influence on how things are built. The flipside: things move quickly, priorities shift, and everyone wears a few hats. If you want a finished playbook and a clear lane, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you want to write the playbook yourself, it might be exactly right.

We don't have a checklist for this one — that's the point. But the people who thrive here tend to share a few things:

• You're drawn to hard, real problems. We build physical things that fly, and the software and operations that keep them flying. If you get more excited by operational systems than pitch decks, you'll fit right in.

• You want breadth, not a narrow lane. Hardware, AI, software, flight operations and sales all work side by side. People here own whole problems, not tickets.

• You get things done. We're a growing team with ambitious goals. Initiative, agency and a results-oriented approach matter more to us than a perfect CV.

• You are trusted. We are a team of skilled and ambitious, but also friendly, down-to-earth people who count on each other. You're easy to approach, helpful by nature, and the kind of colleague your teammates can always rely on.

People with backgrounds in engineering, aviation, software development, AI, flight operations, logistics, business development, and beyond have all found their place here.
