OTM Expert

Key Responsibilities -

system Configuration: Set up shipping lanes, rates, itineraries, and orders.

Process Optimization: Improve shipment planning, tracking, tendering, and freight payment.

System Integration: Connect OTM with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) or warehouse tools. Support & Training: Troubleshoot daily operational issues and train internal staff.

Core Skills Needed

Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics, shipping, and supply chain processes.

Technical Skills: Experience with SQL, XML, and OTM Cloud architecture.

Problem Solving: Ability to map business requirements into system configurations.
