Field Technician

TD Synnex seeks a Field Technician to support clients across the Bay Area. You'll install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks while troubleshooting complex issues on-site and remotely. Partnering closely with engineers and project teams, you'll assist with deployments, upgrades, and system rollouts. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network devices at client sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users on-site and remotely
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance to ensure uptime
• Document incidents, resolutions, and asset changes in ticketing and inventory systems
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, and rollouts of new software and equipment
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to support implementation plans
• Train end users on new systems, tools, and best practices
• Adhere to security, safety, and quality standards while working in the field
• Provide timely, professional customer service and clear technical communication
• Participate in an on-call or rotating support schedule as needed
