Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and manage buyer and seller leads in local markets
• Conduct listing presentations, home showings, and open houses
• Advise clients on pricing, offers, contracts, and transaction timelines
• Prepare and review purchase agreements and related documents with brokers
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing activities with all parties
• Leverage Berkshire Hathaway Home
• Services tools, CRM, and marketing platforms
• Develop and execute marketing plans for listings, including online and print
• Maintain deep knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and inventory
• Provide ongoing client communication, support, and post-sale follow-up
• Participate in training, networking, and community engagement activities
