Retail Associate

Converse is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to bring our iconic footwear and apparel to life on the sales floor. In this role, you'll deliver energetic customer service, share product and brand stories, and help shoppers find styles that fit their self-expression. You'll manage sales transactions, restock and merchandise product, and keep the store clean and organized. Working in our creative, inclusive environment, you'll collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals while living the Converse values of authenticity, diversity, and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting shoppers with Converse products
• Maintain product knowledge of current footwear, apparel, and accessories to make informed recommendations
• Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately, handle returns, and manage basic cash procedures
• Support visual merchandising by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring store presentation standards
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with shipment processing, and help with backroom organization
• Uphold loss prevention, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the store
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and key performance metrics
• Share Converse brand stories and culture, promoting authenticity, creativity, and community engagement
