The ideal candidate should understand the complete manufacturing integration stack, beyond SCADA visualization:
PLC / Equipment Kepware / OPC UA Ignition SCADA API / Integration Layer MES Enterprise Systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure Ignition SCADA applications and industrial dashboards.
- Integrate PLCs and equipment using Kepware, OPC UA, and industrial protocols.
- Support data flow between SCADA, MES, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot communication, integration, and data-mapping issues.
- Collaborate with automation, MES, IT, and manufacturing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Preferred Skills: Ignition, Kepware, OPC UA, PLCs, SCADA, MES, APIs, SQL, and industrial system integration.
