Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat appropriate candidates for spinal cord stimulator trials and percutaneous discectomy.
  • Provide sacroiliac (SI) joint injections and fusion, along with other joint injections, based on patient needs and clinical assessment.
  • Help patients understand their treatment options, procedural expectations, and follow-up plans.
  • Monitor treatment response and functional progress, adjusting care plans as patients’ needs change.
  • Coordinate with physical therapy and acupuncture colleagues to support continuity across treatment services.
  • Maintain clear clinical documentation and consistent follow-up while working between the New Hyde Park and Richmond Hill offices.
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
  • Board certification in PM&R.
  • Completed fellowship in Pain Management.
  • Availability to work on-site at both locations during the stated weekday and alternating Saturday schedule.
  • $300,000 annual salary.

  • 401(k) plan.
  • Paid time off.
  • Continuing medical education (CME) benefit.
  • Paid malpractice coverage.
