The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues both individually and collaboratively.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and identify potential faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes for security systems, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications accurately using a digital change control tracking system.
• Conduct pre-deployment testing for upgrades and major system modifications.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with installing and troubleshooting low voltage electronic security equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
