The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct designs for various marketing collateral, including catalog layout, web pages, flyers, and emails.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments during the new product selection process.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication across departments regarding new and existing product development and web marketing initiatives.
• Conceptualize new product positioning in relation to existing offerings and customer needs.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to anticipate product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record.
• Experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Experience with catalog production is a significant advantage.
