Motion Designer

We use the latest technologies to give traders seamless access to our proprietary trading platforms. 

We are looking for a hands-on Motion Designer to create video and motion content for our campaigns, paid media, social channels and products. You will work alongside our global marketing and creative teams, taking projects from storyboards and visual direction through to final delivery. This is a full-time independent contractor role open to applicants in any location, provided they can work hours that align with our teams in the UAE and UK. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Create short- and long-form motion videos for campaigns, paid media and social media. 
• Produce explainer videos, product videos and other content that makes complex ideas clear and engaging. 
• Edit video content and incorporate stakeholder feedback across multiple rounds. 
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats.  
• Support the localisation of video content for different markets and languages. 
• Handle basic sound design and audio syncing where needed. 
• Work from storyboards, copy and visual direction to develop animatics and final cuts. 
• Maintain consistent motion and visual standards across all deliverables. 

Requirements 

• At least 3 years of experience in motion design and video editing, with a portfolio showing work across digital campaigns and social channels. 
• Strong working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro and relevant design tools. 
• Ability to take a brief through to a finished video, including editing, revisions and delivery in multiple formats. 
• A strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, typography, sound and motion design principles. 
• Ability to manage deadlines, respond to feedback and collaborate with teams across different locations. 
• Experience in financial services, trading, fintech or another fast-paced digital business is an advantage. 

Contract arrangement 

• Full-time independent contractor role, working five days per week with our global teams. 
• Open to applicants in any location who can work hours that overlap with our UAE and UK teams. 
• Compensation is a fixed monthly fee. 
• Contractors are entitled to public holidays in their country of residence. 
• Paid annual leave, paid sick leave and other employee benefits are not included. Any additional time off is unpaid.
