The Role

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service via phone and email.
• Manage a dedicated portfolio of past-due accounts to ensure timely resolution.
• Proactively work with customers to understand and address reasons for overdue payments, minimizing portfolio aging.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to achieve departmental goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Contribute to minimizing outstanding debt and bad debt write-offs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
