What You’ll Do

  • Synthesize complex operational needs into clear, executable technical blueprints within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Field Service ecosystems.

  • Partner with Product Owners, Solutions Architects, and engineering cohorts to extract, evaluate, and formalize User Stories and process maps across the entire Software Development Lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with technical leadership to guide solution design sessions, ensuring all architecture aligns perfectly with corporate goals and native Customer Relationship Management capabilities.

  • Architect and execute comprehensive Functional Test Scripts while guiding System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to validate platform reliability and compliance.

  • Drive the deployment of next-generation system capabilities, seamless third-party integrations, complex Data Migrations, and iterative platform updates.

  • Evaluate application telemetry, system health metrics, and user feedback loops to identify workflow bottlenecks and maximize system performance.

  • Cultivate trusted relationships across all corporate tiers to unite diverse stakeholders, build operational consensus, and ensure successful delivery.

  • Curate and protect precise requirement repositories, testing documentation, and internal technical knowledge bases to secure long-term platform maintenance.

What You Bring

  • Command 3+ years of direct, hands-on configuration and engineering experience leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, with an explicit preference for Field Service and Field Service Mobile modules.

  • Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of successful tenure in Functional Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Technical Analysis roles focused on large-scale enterprise deployments.

  • Exhibit a proven track record of converting corporate visions into structural solution designs alongside cross-functional engineering teams.

  • Display mastery in generating high-quality User Stories, rigorous functional blueprints, Process Flow Diagrams, and explicit technical requirements.

  • Leverage exceptional diagnostic capabilities to independently isolate, troubleshoot, and remediate platform anomalies.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Customer Relationship Management Architecture, relational data patterns, complex integrations, and modern Enterprise Application Delivery Practices.

  • Maximize team cohesion through elite written and verbal communication, seamlessly translating dense technical concepts for non-technical corporate business units.

  • Prioritize and execute multiple high-visibility assignments autonomously within fluid, fast-paced environments.
