Job Summary

Tryfacta is seeking an Audio Visual (AV) Technician for our client in Atlanta, GA 30329. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Position Title: Audio Visual (AV) Technician

Location: Atlanta, GA 30329 (100% Onsite)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Work Schedule: Full-Time; 8-hour shifts with potential 24x7/365 rotational coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay Rate: DOE

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide day-to-day Audio Visual (AV) support for conference rooms, meeting spaces, and emergency operations.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain AV equipment including displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and other collaboration technologies.
• Respond quickly to technical issues to ensure uninterrupted meeting and presentation support.
• Assist with live meetings, executive briefings, training sessions, and emergency response operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of AV systems.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
• Maintain professionalism while supporting a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for reporting and communication.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) equipment and conference room technology.
• Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, cameras, and presentation systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Bachelor''s degree with 0–3 years of experience OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Atlanta, GA.
• Experience supporting emergency operations or public health environments is preferred but not required.
• No AV certification is required.
