Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce & nCino Developer with strong hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and integrating enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in nCino, Salesforce development, Lightning, integrations, security, and Financial Services, with the ability to lead technical solutions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, implementation, and support of solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/nCino solutions.
• Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
• Develop using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data-quality activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and UI enhancements.
• Lead technical solution discussions and propose appropriate solutions.
• Maintain technical designs, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and release documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce/nCino best practices and security standards.
• Support CI/CD, release management, and production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrate end-to-end understanding of the application and take technical ownership of proposed solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Lightning Development, and Integrations.
• Strong experience with the nCino platform and lending solutions.
• Experience in Banking, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide end-to-end solutions.
