Electrical Engineer – Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. This position is ideal for entry level candidates or candidates with limited professional experience who want to develop their skills in electrical design, testing, troubleshooting, and engineering analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components.

• Prepare and update electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

• Perform basic electrical calculations and engineering analysis.

• Assist senior engineers with project planning, testing, and implementation.

• Support troubleshooting and identification of electrical system issues.

• Conduct testing and document test results according to project requirements.

• Review technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documents.

• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and other engineering teams.

• Maintain accurate project records and engineering documentation.

• Follow applicable engineering standards, safety procedures, and company guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

• 0–2 years of experience; entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, electronics, and electrical measurements.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.

• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and problem-solving techniques.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Willingness to learn new engineering tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• AutoCAD or similar electrical design software.

• MATLAB/Simulink or similar engineering tools.

• Basic knowledge of PLCs, control systems, or instrumentation.

• Familiarity with MS Excel and technical documentation.

• Exposure to electrical testing and troubleshooting through academic projects or internships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
