Role Summary

The Affixing / Pot Devins Lead manages the process of assembling “relic” cards and thicker products that require special handling before lamination. This includes applying memorabilia pieces and bonding card layers using Pot Devins machines. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee teams performing relic a ixing and Pot Devins bonding.
• Verify alignment and adhesion of thick card fronts and backs.
• Ensure accuracy of relic placement per SKU or set requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality to validate final integrity and aesthetics. 

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in finishing or assembly operations.
• Familiarity with adhesives and specialty card construction. 
• Hands-on leadership experience preferred. 

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Manual handling of thick materials and adhesives.
• Warm environment due to machine operation.
