<strong>Product Configuration Management Engineer</strong><br /> <strong>Broad Oak or Scotstoun</strong> | <strong>Hybrid (3 days onsite Tues-Thu)</strong><br /> <strong>£35.02 PAYE or £47.14</strong> | <strong>Inside IR35</strong> | <strong>12-Month Contract</strong><br /> <br /> We're supporting BAE Systems Naval Ships in the search for an Engineer - Product Configuration Management to join the Canadian River Class Destroyer Programme.<br /> <br /> This role is ideal for someone with experience in Configuration Management, PLM, Engineering Change, Product Data or BoM management who wants to develop their career on a major defence programme.

We're not looking for managers or highly senior specialists - this is a hands-on engineering support role within a team of experienced Configuration professionals.<br /> <br /> <strong>Key experience:</strong><br /> ✅ Configuration Management, PLM or Engineering Change processes<br /> ✅ Bills of Materials (BoM) and product data management<br /> ✅ Strong Excel and data analysis skills<br /> ✅ Confident working with engineering stakeholders<br /> ✅ Experience using PLM tools (Windchill desirable)<br /> ✅ Engineering, STEM or defence background advantageous<br /> <br /> <strong>Please note:</strong><br /> • Commitment to the hybrid working model is essential<br /> • Windchill experience is desirable, but strong Excel and technical/data skills are equally important<br /> • Candidates must be eligible to meet security clearance requirements<br /> <br /> A great opportunity to gain exposure to complex naval engineering programmes while working with a highly experienced Configuration Management team.<br /> <br /> Interested?
