Description
The role is based in Lenexa, KS, and is a full-time position. 
It involves leading procurement and administration activities, interfacing with various stakeholders, and providing legal-related support. 
Proficiency in generic office software is required.

Key Responsibilities
Support the supply chain in developing and reviewing project-specific contract templates.
Review and ensure project contract templates meet project requirements.
Provide training on negotiation, contracts, and terms and conditions.
Negotiate high-risk contracts and resolve complex contract issues.
Maintain vendor relationships and manage supplier-specific negotiations.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management, or equivalent experience.
5 years of legal training or transactional/commercial management experience preferred.
8 years of negotiation experience.
Proficient in generic office software.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
