About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a residential condominium community. This role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
  • Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
  • Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
  • Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
  • Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.
  • Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1–3 years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or property management environments.
  • Working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in residential facilities and experience working with vendors and contractors is a plus.
