About the Role

Our client  is enhancing Oracle Cloud ERP and is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Order Management Cloud, including Pricing. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep functional expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to guide both technical teams and business stakeholders through a full implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Day to day support for complex Business queries in Order Management and Pricing 
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enhancements for Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud
• Configure and lead solutioning for Oracle Pricing (segments, pricing strategies, price lists, pricing rules, matrices)
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration workbooks
• Partner with integration and technical teams for order-to-cash process flows
• Provide guidance on order orchestration, fulfillment, returns, and shipping integration
• Mentor junior consultants and manage client relationships/stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations
• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud
• Proven experience configuring Oracle Pricing (Cloud) modules
• Experience with order-to-cash business processes in a distribution/manufacturing/food & beverage industry preferred
• Strong understanding of integrations with Inventory, Pricing, Receivables, and Shipping
• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Oracle certifications preferred
