Job Description

Operations Specialist

A new operations opportunity with a highly successful ETF specialist based in London. The firm is a genuine innovator in the ETF space and is very well placed to continue its growth as ETFs gain market share across Europe. The firm's headcount increased by a third last year and all employees receive share options as part of their bonus.

This is an Operations Specialist and is paying £60k-£80k plus bonus/share options. You will be heavily involved in all operational aspects of launching and listing new EFTs/ETPs alongside ongoing product management, managing service provider relationships and wide-ranging “problem solving”.

The firm welcome applications from candidates with little/no ETF exposure as long as they have strong operations or middle office experience from the buy-side. Strong Python skills would be highly beneficial. The firm operates a hybrid working model.
