HVAC & Building Automation Sales Representative

Johnson Controls is seeking an Install Sales Representative to grow sales of smart building and HVAC installation solutions. You will develop customer relationships, identify facility needs, recommend systems, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and coordinate with technical and installation teams to deliver effective outcomes. Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with commercial customers, facility managers, and contractors to identify building systems needs.
• Recommend and sell Johnson Controls solutions for HVAC, building automation, and related systems.
• Develop proposals, prepare estimates, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and installation teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Manage sales opportunities from prospecting through contract close and maintain accurate pipeline records.
• Meet sales goals while following company policies and safety standards.
