Description
Join our team as an IT Tester where you will perform testing activities in a remote setting. 
This contract position involves developing and maintaining test plans, analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive test coverage. 
You will work with both manual and automated testing methods, utilizing modern testing tools and methodologies. 
Your role will be crucial in ensuring system compliance and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex test plans aligned to standards.
Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test coverage.
Create and execute both manual and automated test cases.
Troubleshoot and maintain automation scripts.
Document and manage defects; perform root cause analysis.

Qualifications
Experience with test plan and test case management.
Strong Agile testing experience.
Hands-on test automation and defect management experience.
Proficiency with test scripting syntax.
Experience using AI tools for test case creation.
