Job Description
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a GSI Partner Marketing Manager.
Team Overview
Project Description The Global Partner Marketing Manager for GSIs will own joint marketing with a portfolio of strategic global systems integrators. Your skills and passion will stand out-and set you apart-especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns. We welcome diverse perspectives and people who think rigorously and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions.
Duties/Day to Day Overview
Set annual joint marketing strategies, plans, objectives, and success measures with strategic GSI partners
Develop clear joint messaging, value propositions, and industry- or solution-specific narratives that connect our capabilities with each partner's expertise

Build trusted relationships with partner marketing leaders, alliance executives, practice leaders, and CMOs to align priorities and drive execution
Work across Alliances & Channels, Sales, Solutions, Professional Services, and Marketing to activate joint account plans and integrate GSIs into campaigns
Allocate partner-marketing investments thoughtfully and measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, adoption, and return on investment
8-10 years of B2B marketing experience in global services, consulting, systems integration, or the broader GSI ecosystem
A strong understanding of how global services firms make money, organize around industries and technologies, set alliance priorities, and operate across regions
Experience working with or inside GSIs, with a practical understanding of how they sell-from executive relationships and account planning through solution development, pipeline creation, delivery, and managed services
Experience building joint go-to-market strategies, messaging, industry propositions, and campaigns that produce measurable enterprise pipeline and revenue outcomes
A track record of measuring and improving partner-marketing performance, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
Ability to navigate complex global organizations and align senior stakeholders across alliances, sales, marketing, practices, industries, and regions
Nice to Haves:
A bias toward action, sound judgment, and the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
The ability to connect broad business objectives to a focused strategy and follow through on the details required to execute it
A collaborative working style and the ability to create clarity when responsibilities or priorities are not obvious
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make decisions and improve programs
Clear executive communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders at the company and within large partner organizations
