We are recruiting for an Analyst in the team. Working as an Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

•Resource Management for the assigned team.
•Publishing daily/weekly reports on Availability, Utilization, and varying business needs.
•Ensuring that resources are optimally utilised and yearly targets are met.
•Leaves and Trainings Management – scheduling and deployment of non-chargeable hours .
•Availability Management – Actively keeping resources utilized to cater ongoing/ ad-hoc booking requests
•Actively connecting with stakeholders to discuss business needs and getting them resolved.

Educational qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University.
•Additional certifications (if any)

Work experience

•One to two years in relevant industry.
