Senior Music Instruments Retail Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive retail sales and support music education in our Store 016. In this role, you’ll consult with students, parents, and educators to match them with band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, and lessons. You’ll manage the sales floor, handle transactions, maintain merchandising standards, and support store events and school outreach. Success in this role requires strong product knowledge, customer service, and closing skills, plus comfort with POS systems, inventory processes, and performance-based sales goals.
