Onsite from Day 1 (5 days onsite / week )

Job Description:

Requirements

1.            Contractor to provide a one mid-term support Construction Engineer to provide daily support for Client Facility in San Antonio Texas.  Contractors are expected to work on site 4 days/week.  Standard workdays are 7am to 5:30 pm, 4 days a week. On occasion may need to work after hours, Fridays and Weekends to support major project activities.

2.            Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.

3.            Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and blueprint reading.

4.            Experience with construction management software (e.g., MS Project).

5.            Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools.

6.            Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical data to non-technical stakeholders.

7.            Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or OSHA safety certifications.

8.            Engineer provided must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in industrial or commercial construction.
