Retail Sales Associate

Mattress Firm is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store and online customer experiences. In this role, you’ll welcome customers, assess their sleep needs, and recommend the right mattresses, bedding, and accessories. You’ll learn product features, follow a consultative sales process, and use POS systems to complete accurate transactions and financing options. You will maintain showroom standards, assist with merchandising, and meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
