Marketing Operations Manager

Vertex Pharmaceuticals seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to lead Communications Review Committee teams, managing the review, approval, and distribution of branded and non-branded communications. The role requires coordinating across business stakeholders and cross-functional reviewers while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
Lead assigned CRC teams as primary point of contact for business stakeholders and agency partners
Plan and execute CRC activities including submission strategy, timelines, and milestone tracking
Oversee weekly forecasting meetings and manage submission prioritization and resource alignment
Lead quarterly business reviews with performance metrics analysis and actionable insights
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop operational tools and process documentation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
5+ years in marketing communications, operations, advertising, or medical communications
Experience in regulated, cross-functional environments
Proficiency with electronic review systems such as Veeva Vault PromoMats
Strong planning, forecasting, and workload management capabilities
Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Compensation:
$120,000 - $180,000 base
