Hybrid Oracle HCM HRIS Specialist - Impactful Reporting

Abt Global Australia seeks an experienced HRIS Specialist to be the primary Oracle HCM functional resource in Australia. You will configure Oracle HCM Cloud and build OTBI reports to meet HR needs, with a focus on security, data quality, and governance.

You will be the escalation point for complex HRIS issues, working independently to investigate, root-cause problems and implement sustainable solutions, while collaborating with global teams to drive enhancements and new Oracle functionality.
