Deputy Manager - Service Revenue

The Revenue Cluster In‑charge (Numeric UPS) will be the single point of ownership for all revenue‑generating activities within an assigned territory. Reporting to the Branch Manager/Regional Service Manager, you will maximize AMC conversions, battery replacements, UPS exchange programs and other value‑added services through strong customer relationships, proactive engagement, and close coordination with service and sales teams to achieve and exceed business targets.

• Achieve AMC conversion and renewal targets, identifying expiring contracts and presenting value propositions.
• Generate battery replacement sales by conducting health assessments and promoting genuine Numeric battery solutions.
• Identify and drive UPS exchange opportunities, coordinating upgrades and replacements with customers.
• Develop and capture other revenue streams such as spare sales, site audits, preventive maintenance, and value‑added services.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key customers through regular visits and proactive solution offering.
• Map installations, generate leads, and develop long‑term engagement plans to increase wallet share.
• Maintain daily visit reports, opportunity trackers, and update revenue pipelines regularly.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports against AMC, battery, exchange, and OG targets.
• Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Support collection activities and ensure timely revenue realization for the cluster.

• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in service sales, AMC sales, or B2B relationship management.
• Experience with UPS, batteries, electrical equipment, or industrial power backup solutions.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on revenue and target achievement.
• Business development orientation with the ability to identify new opportunities.
• Proven territory management and lead generation capabilities.
