3MG Roofing is growing in Raleigh (& surrounding area) and we want self-generating salespeople who know how to knock doors, build relationships and turn activity into revenue.

Ever been burned by a company that couldn’t pay your commission?

Ever sold a job and then had to explain production delays you had no control over?

We want people who can tell us:

what they’ve sold
how they generated it

Roofing experience is great, but not required. Pest control, home services, telecom, car sales and other high-pressure sales backgrounds absolutely count.
