Performance Tester

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)

W2 role only

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our Banking client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 100% onsite role, and candidates must be local to Pennsylvania (PA) . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JMeter, Database testing, and performance engineering with experience in enterprise banking applications.

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter.

Strong knowledge of SQL and Database performance analysis (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar).

Experience designing and executing Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Volume Testing.

Ability to analyze application and database bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements.

Experience monitoring application performance using performance monitoring tools.

Knowledge of REST APIs and web application performance testing.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
