We are seeking passionate SEN Teachers to join an impact-driven organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This is an opportunity to make a significant difference within your community through flexible, creative, and trauma-informed teaching.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and 2 professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
