Primary Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs
• Assist patients with daily activities ensuring comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient status effectively to healthcare teams
• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to execute care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
• Adhere to infection control standards and keep work environments organized
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
• Active and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in your practicing state
• Experience is a plus, but passionate new grads are warmly welcomed!
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current and valid LPN licensure in the state of practice.
