Indiana LMFT – Remote Counseling Opportunity

Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our remote counseling team in Indiana.

The focus of this position is helping clients better understand the patterns affecting their relationships, emotional health, and daily lives. The right clinician will be comfortable working with relational concerns and family dynamics while creating a supportive space where clients can work toward meaningful change.

What You’ll Handle

  • Lead virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Explore relationship patterns, family concerns, and personal challenges with clients
  • Create treatment goals that reflect each client’s priorities and needs
  • Support clients through communication difficulties, transitions, grief, anxiety, and emotional stress
  • Maintain organized clinical records and complete documentation requirements
  • Participate in clinical coordination when additional support is needed
  • Practice according to professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Strong understanding of family systems, relational dynamics, and treatment planning
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
