The Role

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for corporate positions and provide guidance to the recruiting team.
• Review applications and interview applicants to assess qualifications and experience.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a driven and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
