Sr. Engineer – GraphDB / Stardog / Neo4j

Introduction

We are currently seeking a Sr. Engineer with expertise in GraphDB, Stardog, and Neo4j to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role will involve working with artificial intelligence, data mapping, and graph databases to support our projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize GraphDB, Stardog, and Neo4j to build and maintain knowledge graphs
• Work on semantic modeling and ontologies to enhance data representation
• Implement source-to-graph mapping and graph hydration for data integration
• Collaborate with data, AI, and architecture teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Perform data transformation and mapping tasks to optimize data workflows

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with GraphDB, Stardog, or Neo4j
• Knowledge of semantic modeling and ontologies
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, RDF, OWL, SHACL, and SPARQL
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Ability to perform data transformation and mapping tasks
• Experience collaborating with data, AI, and architecture teams

Preferred: Experience with Azure Databricks or similar data platforms
