Role: Pega CSSA/LSA Developer (Pega Constellation / Commercial Insurance Domain / API Integration / Gen AI Tools)

Pay Rate: $64.00/hr W2 | $75.00/hr C2C Max

Position Overview
Seeking an enterprise-level Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) with 10+ years of progressive Pega development experience for a 6-month contract role (100% Remote).
The ideal candidate will spearhead the design and implementation of next-generation Pega applications using Pega Constellation architecture tailored specifically for the Commercial Insurance domain.
This role requires deep technical mastery in Pega rulesets, REST/SOAP API integrations, and hands-on exposure to leveraging GenAI/AI products and tools within the Pega ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
* Pega Constellation Architecture & Engineering: Design, build, and deploy enterprise applications using Pega Constellation design systems, ensuring modern, responsive user experiences and scalable case management models.
* Domain Solutioning: Drive end-to-end commercial insurance workflows, claim processing pipelines, underwriting rules, and policy administration integrations within Pega.
* API & System Integration: Architect and maintain secure REST/SOAP API integrations connecting Pega application layers with core insurance platforms, databases, and microservices.
* AI & Gen AI Integration: Implement GenAI capabilities, intelligent automation features, and AI-driven tools within Pega workflows to drive operational efficiency.
* Technical Governance: Enforce Pega guardrails, conduct code reviews, direct rule architecture, and ensure high-performance, compliant solution delivery.

Required Qualifications
* Certifications: Active Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) certification required.
* Core Experience: 10+ years of dedicated Pega engineering and solution architecture experience.
* Architecture Mastery: Hands-on development experience with Pega Constellation framework.
* Insurance Domain Depth: Specialized experience within the Insurance / Commercial Insurance sector.
* Advanced Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in API integration (REST/SOAP) and working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools and integrations within Pega.
* Education & Work Setup: Bachelor's degree required; 100% Remote work arrangement.
