Senior Genesys Consultant/ Tech Lead

Houston, TX - 5 Days Onsite

Type : Contract

Summary: Senior Systems Engineer with 15+ years designing, configuring and optimizing Genesys Engage / Cloud and contact-center technologies. Strong in system design and architecture, leading technical teams, and advanced support across routing, PBX, outbound dialer, omni-channel, call recording, CTI and VoIP/SIP — plus Workforce Management, Incident Management and DevOps. Key Skills: •Genesys Engage / Cloud — Queuing/Routing, PBX, Omni-Channel, Call Recording, Outbound Dialer Campaigns •Conversational Flows with Genesys Cloud Architect; CTI integration; VoIP/SIP endpoints •NICE IEX WFM & NICE CXOne — Workforce Management optimisation, forecasting & resource allocation •Incident Management, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity; CI/CD DevOps & Agile (JavaScript, Python, Java) •Certifications: Genesys Certified Professional, ITIL, NICE CXOne Certified Administrator
