We are recruiting a Finance Administrator to
join a busy and collaborative finance team.
This role provides essential support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations and wider finance operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial processes. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will assist with maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, responding to queries and delivering a high standard of service across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to develop their career within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurately
post and allocate cash receipts.
· Assist
with bank reconciliations and routine discrepancy investigations.
· Process
invoices, expenses and payment runs.
· Support
billing administration and reporting.
· Maintain
accurate finance system records.
· Provide
client account and property transaction support.
· Respond
to routine finance enquiries.
· Support
projects and provide team cover when required.
Skills & Experience
· Basic
understanding of accounting principles.
· Strong
Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Experience
with finance systems desirable.
· Previous administration or finance experience
desirable.
· Excellent
attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong
organisation and time management skills.
· Professional
communication skills.
· Positive,
adaptable and proactive approach.
