Job Description

Position: Configuration Management Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite locals needed)

Duration: Long-Term

Required skills:

  • We are looking for experienced resources who can help support this effort. The initial focus will be to:
  • Reconcile data across multiple technology and inventory sources to improve CMDB accuracy and completeness.
  • Validate asset information and identify discrepancies between authoritative systems.
  • Detect and analyse configuration drift in near real time.
  • Investigate recurring data quality issues and support root cause identification.
  • Partner with Configuration Management, platform teams, and service owners to improve governance and data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reconciliation, correlation, and drift detection activities.
  • Ideal candidates should have experience with configuration management, CMDBs, asset management, data analysis, service management platforms, and operational governance processes. Experience working across multiple data sources and driving data quality improvements is highly desired.
