What You'll Need

• Completed training or state examination as a nurse, registered nurse, or geriatric nurse, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Experience in basic care, wound management, vital signs monitoring, and pressure ulcer prevention.
• Strong empathy and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
• A responsible approach to work, including handling emergency situations.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• A driver's license is desirable but not a mandatory requirement.
