Job Description

Cross Domain Systems Engineer, Senior | Arlington, VA, United States | Hybrid We are hiring for a leading professional services firm dedicated to solving complex national security challenges through innovative engineering solutions. The Role • Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions for national security customers. • Manage customer engagement to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements. • Decompose hardware, software, interface, and security control requirements. • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout system development, integration, testing, and fielding activities. • Support system accreditation efforts using the Risk Management Framework. • Drive security improvements and plan cross-domain data flows, data handling, and filtering policies. What You'll Need • Experience developing capability and system-level requirements, user stories, or use cases. • Experience creating technical written deliverables for system delivery or deployment. • Proficiency with online collaboration and work-tracking tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, ServiceNow). • Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and its application to system accreditation. • Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment efforts, including technical plans, schedules, and risk tracking. • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience. • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months.
