Clean Air Duct Technician

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Air Duct Cleaning Technician to help homeowners maintain clean ductwork and improve their indoor air quality. In this role, you'll clean residential air duct systems, operate specialized equipment, and provide friendly, professional service to customers.

You don't necessarily need previous air duct cleaning experience to be successful. Candidates with backgrounds in HVAC, construction, restoration, maintenance, or other hands-on roles are encouraged to apply. We're looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working directly with customers.

• Clean residential air ducts, vents, and related HVAC components using specialized equipment.

• Set up and break down equipment properly while protecting customers' homes and belongings.

• Inspect ductwork and related components, identifying potential concerns and communicating them to customers and supervisors.

• Explain available indoor air quality solutions, such as air purifiers, humidifiers, and other applicable products.

• Recommend preventative maintenance services and additional solutions based on customer needs.

• Learn to identify appropriate filtration options and assist with services such as coil cleaning and UV light installation, as applicable.

• Maintain company vehicles and ensure trucks are stocked with the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies.

• Complete job documentation accurately and report any equipment issues, property damage, or job-related concerns promptly.

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and field supervisors.

• Follow supervisor instructions and assist with additional duties as needed.

• Previous experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC, construction, restoration, maintenance, or a related hands-on field is preferred but not required.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds without assistance.

• Comfortable working in residential environments, including attics and crawl spaces when required.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Willingness to learn technical procedures, operate specialized equipment, and recommend appropriate services to customers.

We're interested in dependable people who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing the job right, and want to develop their technical and customer service skills. If you have experience in a related field and are ready to learn something new, we'd love to hear from you.
