Role Name - L1.5 / L2 Support Engineer – API Gateway, SiteMinder & Auth0

ROLE_DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and support CA API Gateway, SiteMinder, and Auth0 environments to ensure high availability and secure authentication services.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and incident resolution for authentication, SSO, MFA, and API access-related issues.
• Analyze logs and alerts using Splunk and monitoring tools to identify and resolve production issues.
• Support OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and JWT authentication flows and integrations.
• Handle user access, policy validation, certificate renewals, and configuration checks across IAM platforms.
• Coordinate with L3/Engineering teams for complex issues and perform incident tracking, escalation, and RCA documentation.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational procedures while providing 24x7 production support.
