Senior Software Development Engineer

Amazon is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to build and evolve Aurora PostgreSQL, a cloud-native, fully managed relational database used by global-scale retail and e-commerce workloads. In this role, you'll design and implement highly available, low-latency database engine features, optimize PostgreSQL performance, and improve scalability and reliability for millions of customers. You'll own services end to end, from design to production operations, working with AWS and Amazon retail teams in a fast-moving, data-driven culture focused on innovation, customer impact, and long-term thinking.
