Job Description

EXECUTIVE & OPERATIONS About Us We are a retained executive search and staffing firm that partners with high-growth and enterprise organizations to identify, attract, and place the senior leadership talent that drives their next stage of scale. On behalf of a confidential client, we are conducting this search. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced leadership team and make an outsized, measurable impact from day one. The Role We are seeking a President of Executive Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the executive office—driving execution, cadence, and cross-functional coordination across the enterprise. You will own the systems and rhythms that turn strategy into consistent, measurable delivery. What You’ll Do ● Operational Strategy: Own enterprise operating cadence, priorities, and execution frameworks. ● Cross-Functional Delivery: Drive coordination and delivery across functions and business units. ● Executive Office: Lead the operations of the executive office and governance rhythms. ● Performance Management: Own enterprise goal-setting, tracking, and accountability. ● Special Initiatives: Lead high-priority, cross-cutting initiatives on behalf of the CEO. ● Executive Alignment: Partner with the CEO and leadership team on execution and results. What We’re Looking For ● Experience: 15+ years in operations, chief-of-staff, or general management leadership. ● Execution Command: Proven track record turning strategy into consistent operational delivery. ● Operating Expertise: Deep experience running cross-functional operating rhythms at scale. ● Leadership: Experience building and leading operations organizations. ● Strategic: Ability to set operating priorities and make enterprise trade-offs. ● Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication. ● Education: Bachelor's required; MBA strongly preferred. Bonus Points ● Global Scale: Experience running operations across multiple regions. ● Transformation: Experience leading operational transformation or scaling. ● Chief of Staff: Prior chief-of-staff or executive-office leadership experience. ● Industry: Operations leadership in the client's markets. Compensation & Benefits We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $475,000 to $625,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance. Additional Benefits: ● Equity: Competitive equity / long-term incentive package. ● Work Setup: Flexible work arrangement with a home-office stipend where applicable. ● Health: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. ● Time Off: Flexible PTO policy + Company Holidays. ● Growth: Annual learning and development budget. ● Retirement: 401(k) matching plan.
