The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Respond to a variety of roadside incidents, from battery jumps to complex fault diagnosis.
• Provide a reassuring and customer-focused service to members in need.
• Identify and implement quick, confident solutions to get vehicles back on the road.
• Work independently to tackle challenges and make a real impact on the roadside.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
